Does anyone know what the main differences are between the versions of the 1979cc CIH 'S' and 'T' engines?
From what I can gather the 'S' engine seems more powerful (100 HP) than the 'T'engine which has lower HP....but why when they're the same 1979 cc engine?
What causes the varying power differences?

20S engine is the high compression version with flat top pistons; Varajet twin choke carburettor helps bump up the output too.
