Thanks Phil

These were ‘supposed’ to be legal for retro fitting, but I very much doubt that’s the case!

Think I’ll just get a good set of standard bulbs and fit some spots instead.

The ones I fitted to my transit were 100/90 helogen bulbs off eBay £2.89 cant fault them

I think those 100w bulbs aren't legal in the EU...

And you should upgrade the wiring and maybe alternator if your going to be pulling more power.

The best option would be LED but I don't know if those are legal either. Many of the LED lights I have seen are labed "off road use only" ...

The thing with LED Bulbs like Phil said is the spread of light is not right as the lamps originally were not intended for LED bulbs.
