Hey guys, I m new here and I would like to ask if someone got any experience with insurance for Bedford CF year 1973. I spent all afternoon to insure it but unsuccessfully. When I typed in the reg. nr. in the form and it shows me it does not exist. Does someone recommend any good insurance company or what I m doing wrong?
Thanks in advance

When we had a bedford we got ours from 2gether van insurance & it was cheap it didn't use no claims but held them for us , when we got Emma our Fiat we couldn't use them cos she was too young & she is parked on the road , but they sent us our no claims when we changed ,insurers they didn't even go more expensive the year after we went with them , it was about £165 a year fully comp we payed ok it was 5 year ago but we would be still with them but we our van is not old enough yet to go with them

With any insurance you choose classic will always be cheaper when I had my cf I was with Peter James who did fully comprehensive unlimited mileage uk and European breakdown agreed value of £4500. all for £147. Now with my Transit Autosleeper Ravenna last year I paid £563 with £350 access uk only breakdown this year they wanted £590 for the same cover. I shopped around and got it with uk and European breakdown and recovery including home start £495 so it pays to look around.
