Can Biodiesel be used in this engine? I live in Bristol and would like to use this mobs (http://www.biodieselfillingstations.co.uk/approvals.htm) service.

In theory yes; properly esterified biodiesel with low water content should have similar or better natural lubricity than low-sulphur diesel.

Downside is that rubber seals in the injection pump and elsewhere in the fuel system may have to be changed to Viton type to cope with biodiesel.

Read up on what you can find on biodiesel used with Bosch VE rotary (aka distributor) injection pumps.
