And another question.

As I have ripped out the complete interior of my van. I will be insulating/sound proofing her.
What products would you lot recommend.
And what stretchy hard wearing carpet for the front.
I'm going to use green tongue and groove flooring sheets in the back would this area also require soundproofing or would the boards do the job enough?

Particle board flooring sheets? In the back of a panel van (which will be damp most of the year, why the roof line rots when covered over inside) they might make fine soundproofing once they're wet enough to mould to the floor panels.

Green boards are waterproof. Normal brown ones sneeze on them they blow!

yes but thay will still rot over time.
